C1 Staffing is hiring Package Handlers to unload trailers, sort packages, and load delivery trucks at a busy warehouse operation in Randolph, MA (zip code 02368). The role pays $18.00 per hour with full-time and part-time schedules available, and you are paid weekly.
What you will do:
- Unload packages from incoming trailers and move them onto the sort line- Sort packages by zip code so each shipment is routed to the correct delivery area- Load outbound trucks for delivery routes, keeping freight organized and secure- Stay on your feet and keep pace with the flow of the sort throughout your shift- Lift, carry, and place packages weighing up to 50 pounds- Work as part of a team, pitching in wherever help is needed so the shift gets finished together- Follow all safety procedures and housekeeping standards, since safety is the first core value on this operation- Work in a warehouse environment where temperatures shift with the season, from summer heat to winter cold
Schedule and pay:
- Pay rate is $18.00 per hour- Full-time and part-time schedules are available- Paid weekly by C1 Staffing
What you will need:
- Must be 18 years of age or older- Ability to stay on your feet and remain active for the length of your shift- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly- Ability to work in both heat and cold, as warehouse temperatures vary by season- Dependable, flexible, and reliable attendance — the team counts on everyone showing up ready to work- A team-player attitude and willingness to help wherever the operation needs support- Gloves and work boots are recommended for comfort and protection on the floor- Must be able to complete E-Verify employment eligibility verification
