October Monthly Cleaning - Janitors and Cleaners (Del Valle, TX)
C1 Staffing is hiring janitors and cleaners for shift-based cleaning work in Del Valle, Texas, keeping common areas, restrooms, and grounds clean and presentable. The pay is $16.00 per hour, paid weekly, and we have two openings to fill.
This is gig or shift-based work that may be ongoing, so reliable workers who show up ready to go often have the chance to pick up more shifts. The work is straightforward and hands-on: if you take pride in leaving a space cleaner than you found it, you will do well here.
What you will do:- Pick up trash and loose debris throughout assigned indoor and outdoor areas- Collect and sort recycling and place it in the correct containers- Empty garbage cans, replace liners, and move collected waste to the proper disposal point- Sweep floors, walkways, and other hard surfaces- Clean and service restrooms, including fixtures, sinks, and surfaces- Keep restrooms stocked and tidy during the shift- Return cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment to their proper place at the end of the shift- Report spills, damage, or supply shortages to the on-site supervisor
Schedule and pay:- Pay rate is $16.00 per hour- Paid weekly by C1 Staffing- Gig or shift-based work that may be ongoing- Two workers needed for this assignment
What you will need:- Must be 18 years or older- Able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and squat for the length of the shift- Able to lift and carry trash bags and recycling containers, and to push or pull waste bins- Comfortable working around cleaning chemicals and following safe handling instructions- Comfortable cleaning restrooms and handling trash and recycling- Attention to detail and the ability to work steadily with limited supervision- Dependability and on-time arrival for every scheduled shift- Closed-toe shoes and clothing you can work and get dirty in
Prior janitorial, housekeeping, or custodial experience is helpful but not required. We will make sure you know where to report, what the site expects, and who your point of contact is before your first shift.
