C1 Staffing is hiring a Package Handler to work in a busy warehouse in Fridley, MN (55421), unloading trailers, sorting packages by zip code, and loading trucks for delivery routes. The pay is $19.80 per hour, paid weekly, with both full-time and part-time schedules available.
This is hands-on warehouse work on a team where everyone pitches in to move freight and get the day's volume out the door. Safety is the first core value on this operation, and you will be expected to follow safe lifting and handling practices on every shift.
What you will do:- Unload packages and freight from incoming trailers- Sort packages by zip code so shipments move to the correct outbound lane- Load trucks for delivery routes, staging packages so they can be unloaded efficiently- Lift, carry, and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds- Work alongside your crew to keep the flow of packages steady and clear the trailer or belt- Follow safety rules and safe handling procedures at all times, and speak up about hazards- Keep your work area and loading lanes clear of debris and trip hazards- Step in wherever the team needs help as volume shifts during the shift
