C1 Staffing is hiring janitors and cleaners for shift-based cleaning work in Del Valle, Texas, paying $16.00 per hour. We have 10 openings on this assignment, and the work may be ongoing for people who show up and do the job well.
This is straightforward, hands-on cleaning work. You will keep shared spaces, walkways, and restrooms clean and clear of trash throughout your shift, working as part of a crew assigned to specific areas.
What you will do:- Pick up trash and loose litter from assigned areas and walkways- Collect recycling and place it in the correct recycling containers- Sweep floors, hard surfaces, and walkways to keep them clear of debris- Clean restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and surfaces, and keep them presentable during the shift- Empty garbage cans and move the collected trash to the designated drop-off points- Return emptied cans and containers to their proper locations- Do repeat passes through your assigned area so trash does not build up during busy periods- Report full containers, spills, or anything that needs attention to your supervisor
Schedule and pay:- Pay is $16.00 per hour- Paid weekly by C1 Staffing- Gig and shift-based work, which may continue on an ongoing basis- 10 workers needed for this assignment
What you will need:- Must be 18 or older- Able to be on your feet, walking and standing, for the length of the shift- Able to bend, reach, and lift and carry trash bags and recycling containers- Comfortable working around trash, recycling, and restroom cleaning tasks- Willingness to work outdoors and indoors as the assignment requires- Ability to follow directions from a crew lead and stay with your assigned area- Dependability and on-time arrival for every scheduled shift
No special certificate or prior janitorial background is required. If you have cleaned, done grounds work, or handled trash and recycling before, that experience is welcome, but we will tell you what the assignment expects before you start.
