Are you looking for an exciting opportunity in food production? C1 is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Overnight Production Associates. In this role, you will play a vital part in the complete processing and manufacturing of pizza dough within our distribution center.
Primary Responsibilities:- Participate in dough production and inspection to maintain high-quality standards.- Support food production operations across various specialized line positions, including dough maker, dough placer, tray washer, and cross/down stacker.- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of production equipment and areas.- Rotate through different positions throughout your shift to support the overall production process.
Physical Requirements:- Ability to work continuously in a refrigerated environment (33–38 degrees Fahrenheit).- Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods and climb stairs.- Lift materials weighing up to 30 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. on occasion.- Carry materials weighing up to 25 lbs. frequently and perform heavy pushing/pulling of products.
Additional Requirements:- Steel-toe boots are strictly required; candidates must bring and wear their own safety boots to be allowed on the production floor.- Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check.
