C1 Staffing is hiring Bartenders for a short-term, shift-based assignment in Spokane, WA, serving guests at a busy bar during an evening event shift. This is a quick-hire opportunity paying $23.14 per hour, with overtime at $32.40 per hour and weekly pay.
What you will do:- Mix and serve drinks for guests quickly, accurately and with minimal waste- Deliver friendly, professional customer service to every patron at the bar- Serve patrons directly and fill drink orders coming in through wait staff- Coordinate closely with servers and other team members so guests receive prompt service- Keep the bar area clean, stocked and organized throughout the shift- Maintain a steady pace during peak periods without sacrificing accuracy or hospitality- Work as part of the broader front-of-house team to keep service moving smoothly
Schedule and pay:- Pay is $23.14 per hour, paid weekly- Overtime is paid at $32.40 per hour- Shift runs 4:00pm to 8:30pm- Gig / shift-based work that may be ongoing, scheduled at up to 40 hours per week for the engagement window
What you will need:- Must be 18 or older- Prior bartending experience and solid drink knowledge- Comfort standing, moving and lifting throughout a fast-paced shift- Strong teamwork and communication skills, especially with wait staff- A customer-first attitude and the ability to stay composed when the bar gets busy- Uniform: black pants, a black polo or button-up shirt, and non-slip shoes- No leggings, jeans or sweats
This is a non-tipped bartending position, so the hourly rate listed above is what you earn for every hour worked, with overtime paid at the premium rate when applicable. If you have poured drinks in a high-volume setting and know how to keep a well organized and a line moving, this assignment is a good fit.
