Warehouse Associate — General Labor — Medley, FL 33172
C1 Staffing is hiring a Warehouse Associate for general labor warehouse work in Medley, FL (33172), supporting daily operations such as order fulfillment, inventory management, and returns processing. This is a full-time second shift position paying $17.00 per hour, with weekly pay.
What you will do:
- Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers, and move, stack, organize, and store merchandise throughout the warehouse.- Pick, pack, and stage products for shipment and delivery.- Receive incoming inventory and verify product quantities and condition.- Process returned merchandise, including inspection, sorting, disposition, and documentation.- Handle and apply approved chemicals, including Sterifab, when processing returned or damaged products, following all company safety guidelines and manufacturer instructions.- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts, and inspect products for defects or damage and report discrepancies.- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts if certified.- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe, follow all safety policies and PPE requirements, and assist with general warehouse duties and special projects as assigned.
Schedule and pay:
- Pay is $17.00 per hour, paid weekly.- Full time, second shift.- Ongoing career position in Medley, FL 33172.
What you will need:
- Must be 18 or older.- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly.- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical labor throughout the workday.- Comfort working with approved cleaning and disinfecting chemicals, including Sterifab, while following all safety protocols.- Strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to workplace safety.- Reliable attendance and punctuality, plus the ability to work collaboratively with team members to meet operational goals and productivity standards.- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we will consider dependable candidates who are ready to learn.- This position requires E-Verify employment eligibility verification, so you must be able to provide valid documentation confirming your authorization to work in the United States.
