C1 Staffing is hiring Bartenders for on-call catering and event service work in Plano, TX (75024), paying $20.44 per hour. This is shift-based gig work that may continue on an ongoing basis, so it is a strong fit for experienced bartenders who want flexible assignments with weekly pay.
In this role you will do more than pour drinks. You will help organize and deliver catering service to conference rooms and other requested locations, and you will work alongside the onsite team to make each event run smoothly from setup through clean-up.
What you will do:
- Organize, set up, and deliver requested catering services to specific locations or conference rooms on site.- Mix, pour, and serve beverages for guests at corporate events and functions.- Provide prompt and courteous service to every customer, creating a memorable experience.- Serve customers efficiently and attentively while working to exceed their expectations.- Support onsite staff with setup, delivery, clean-up, and overall service of events.- Keep bar and service areas organized, stocked, and presentable throughout the event.- Check identification and serve alcohol responsibly in line with your server permit and site rules.- Maintain a professional, friendly demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule and pay:
- Pay rate is $20.44 per hour.- On-call shift type, with assignments offered based on event needs.- Gig and shift-based work that may be ongoing.- Paid weekly.
What you will need:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.- A valid Alcohol Server Permit (TABC, TIPS, or ABC) is required.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive customer interactions.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional demeanor.- Flexibility to accept work on an on-call basis as event needs come up.- Comfort standing, walking, and moving catering supplies and equipment during setup, service, and clean-up.- Must be able to complete E-Verify employment eligibility verification.
