C1 is hiring two Baristas for a client location in Saint Davids, PA. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with an assignment beginning September 17, 2026 and running through September 30, 2026, with the potential to continue on an ongoing basis.
Pay is $21.32 per hour, with overtime paid at $29.85 per hour. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 3:00pm, for 40 hours per week.
What you will do:- Craft quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages to each customer's specifications- Take orders accurately and deliver drinks quickly during busy periods- Operate cash registers and credit card machines- Field customer questions and complaints with professionalism, maintaining strong customer relations- Keep the beverage station clean, stocked, and ready for service
What we are looking for:- Prior barista or customer-facing food and beverage experience preferred- Friendly, upbeat communication style and a focus on service- Comfort standing for the length of the shift in a fast-paced environment- Reliable attendance for an early morning start
Dress code is black on black attire.
