C1 is hiring Utility Workers in Lenoir, NC for one of our client partners. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity paying $16.50 per hour, with overtime paid at $23.10 per hour.
Schedule and assignment details:- First shift, 6:00am to 2:30pm- 40 hours per week- Assignment runs September 14, 2026 through November 14, 2026, with the opportunity to be hired on permanently
What you will do:- Maintain kitchen work areas so they stay clean, organized and ready for production- Clean, sanitize and put away pots, pans, utensils and small wares- Wash down equipment and support the kitchen team with general upkeep- Keep floors, sinks and work stations free of debris throughout the shift- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
What we are looking for:- Dependable attendance and on-time arrival for a 6:00am start- Ability to stand for the full shift and work in a warm, fast-paced kitchen environment- Comfort with repetitive lifting, bending and reaching- Team-first attitude and willingness to jump in wherever help is needed
