C1 is hiring two Cook I professionals for a contract-to-hire opportunity in Tulsa, OK. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week assignment running from August 28, 2026 through November 28, 2026, with the potential to convert to a permanent position for cooks who consistently deliver quality work.
Pay is $16.15 per hour, with overtime paid at $22.61 per hour.
What you will do:- Prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and cold food items with accuracy and efficiency- Support multiple meal periods, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner- Assist with special events and catered functions as scheduled- Follow recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines consistently- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work and prep areas throughout your shift
What we are looking for:- Prior cooking experience in a high-volume kitchen setting- Comfort working on your feet for the full shift in a fast-paced environment- Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail- A team-first attitude and willingness to support coworkers during peak meal service
