C1 Staffing is hiring a Warehouse Support Representative in Woodbridge Township, NJ (08832) to handle the data and paperwork side of daily shipments. This is an ongoing, career-type assignment paying $20.00 per hour, with weekly pay.
This role is primarily clerical operations work supporting a busy warehouse. You will make sure freight is received, processed, labeled, scanned, and shipped accurately, and you will be the person who sorts out the problems when something does not match the paperwork. Some floor processing duties come with the job, and you will be cross-trained in warehouse operations so you can step in where the operation needs help.
What you will do:- Enter shipment details into the ERP system accurately and keep records current.- Build Excel reports and handle the data and paperwork processing tied to inbound and outbound shipments.- Receive, weigh, measure, scan, label, and ship customer packages while following all safety and security regulations.- Prepare bills of lading and affix labels to packages accurately.- Scan boxes from the inbound staging area and resolve discrepancies as they come up.- Load and unload packages from processing stations and trailers, including stacking, wrapping packages on pallets, and taking dims as needed.- Cross-train in other warehouse positions to support the needs of the operation.- Complete required health and safety compliance trainings and other duties as assigned by the manager.
Schedule and pay:- Pay rate is $20.00 per hour.- Paid weekly by C1 Staffing.- Ongoing, career-type position rather than a short-term project.
What you will need:- Must be 18 or older.- Very good computer skills, including comfort working in Excel and in an ERP or similar system.- Data entry experience; strong accuracy and attention to detail with numbers, labels, and shipping documents.- A problem-solving mindset and willingness to chase down the answer when freight or paperwork does not line up.- Ability to follow safety and security procedures consistently.- Ability to handle freight on the warehouse floor as needed, including lifting, stacking, and wrapping packages on pallets, and standing and moving throughout the shift.- Willingness to cross-train into other warehouse roles.- Must be able to complete E-Verify employment eligibility verification.
