C1 Staffing is hiring a Warehouse Associate for a distribution operation in Kent, WA, zip code 98032. The role pays $25.34 per hour, and it is shift-based work that may continue on an ongoing basis for associates who show up ready to work.
What you will do:
- Load and unload products and materials with precision and care, working safely around other team members and equipment.- Select orders accurately and provide warehouse support so shipments are fulfilled on time.- Move inventory throughout the facility and stage it in the correct locations for the next step in the process.- Keep staging areas and aisles organized so product flows through the building without delays.- Carry out general warehouse operations as assigned, completing each task accurately and following all safety procedures.- Communicate with supervisors and teammates about product counts, staging locations, and any issues found during loading or unloading.- Maintain a clean and hazard-free work area throughout your shift.
Schedule and pay:
- Pay rate is $25.34 per hour.- Paid weekly.- This is gig and shift-based work that may be ongoing depending on client need and your performance.
What you will need:
- You must be 18 years or older.- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the shift.- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.- Ability to push heavy items as needed.- Steel-toe boots are required PPE and must be provided and worn by the worker on every shift.- Comfort working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and a willingness to follow direction and safety rules.- This position is subject to E-Verify. You must be authorized to work in the United States and able to provide acceptable documentation.
