Environmental Service Attendant - Eden, NC
C1 Staffing is hiring an Environmental Service Attendant in Eden, NC for one of our clients, working second shift in a facility cleaning and maintenance role. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity paying $19.96 per hour, with overtime paid at $27.94 per hour.
What you will do:
- Clean and maintain assigned facilities, keeping all areas in orderly condition throughout the shift- Work in any location on the premises as assigned, which may include commercial, healthcare, school, university, or similar settings- Follow all established cleaning procedures and complete tasks to the standard set for each area- Observe safety guidelines and infection-control standards at all times- Restock supplies in assigned areas so that rooms and common spaces stay ready for use- Report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, and safety concerns promptly to the appropriate contact- Push and move housekeeping carts and equipment between locations on the premises- Arrive each day in the required uniform and maintain a professional appearance
Schedule and pay:
- $19.96 per hour, with overtime paid at $27.94 per hour- Second shift, 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.- 40 hours per week- Paid weekly- Contract-to-hire, with the opportunity to be hired on permanently- Uniform required on day one: white top and black pants
What you will need:
- Must be 18 or older- Dependable attendance and the ability to work the full second-shift schedule- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, lifting, and pushing carts for the duration of the shift- Willingness to work in any assigned area on the client premises, including healthcare, school, university, or commercial settings- Ability to follow written and verbal cleaning, safety, and infection-control instructions- Professional appearance in the required uniform each day- Ability to pass applicable pre-employment screenings
