C1 is hiring a Barista I in Moraga, CA for one of our client partners. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity starting September 1, 2026 and running through October 29, 2026, with the potential to continue on an ongoing basis.
Pay is $21.55 per hour, with overtime paid at $30.17 per hour. The schedule is 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, averaging 40 hours per week.
What you will do:- Craft quality coffee, tea and specialty beverages to customer specifications- Take orders accurately and deliver drinks quickly and consistently- Operate cash registers and credit card machines- Field customer questions and complaints while maintaining positive guest relations- Keep the beverage station clean, stocked and ready for service
What we are looking for:- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional attitude- Comfort working an evening shift in a fast-paced environment- Ability to stand for extended periods and work efficiently during busy rushes- Dress code: black oxford or polo shirt, black pants and black slip-resistant shoes
