C1 is hiring a Grill Cook in Green Bay, WI, for one of our client partners. This is a full-time, contract-to-hire opportunity paying $17.10 per hour, with overtime paid at $23.94 per hour. Shifts start at 7:00am, with 40 hours per week available, and the assignment runs from June 29, 2026 through December 21, 2026, with the potential to convert to a permanent role.
What you will do:- Prepare, portion, grill, and present a variety of hot and cold food items with accuracy and efficiency- Cook for multiple meal periods, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner- Support special events and catered functions as scheduled- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work and prep areas- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and portion control standards
What we are looking for:- Prior grill or line cook experience in a high-volume kitchen preferred- Ability to stand for extended periods and work at a steady pace in a hot kitchen environment- Dependable attendance and strong attention to detail- Willingness to wear the required uniform, which is provided
