Pay Rate: $16/hour Shift Type: Full Time, Part Time Language Requirement: English
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of guest rooms and common areas.- Provide exceptional customer service with a warm and welcoming demeanor.- Quickly learn and adapt to the fast-paced environment, ensuring guest satisfaction.- Multi-task effectively to manage cleaning duties alongside guest interactions.- Lift, pull, and push moderate weight (minimum of 20 lbs) as required.
Requirements:- Prior cleaning experience is required.- Customer service experience is a must, preferably in a hotel or related field.- Must be available to work weekends and holidays.- Strong command of the English language, including speaking, reading, and writing.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a genuine desire to meet the needs of others.- Must be 18 years or older.
