C1 is hiring a Barista I in Moraga, CA for one of our client locations. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity paying $21.55 per hour, with overtime paid at $30.17 per hour. The assignment runs from September 1, 2026 through October 29, 2026, with the potential to move into a permanent role.
Schedule: 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, roughly 40 hours per week.
What you will do:- Craft quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages to each customer's specifications- Take orders accurately and deliver drinks quickly during busy periods- Operate cash registers and credit card machines, handling transactions with care- Answer customer questions and resolve complaints in a friendly, professional way- Keep the beverage station clean, stocked, and ready for service
