C1 Staffing is hiring a Catering Service Worker for a short-term contract assignment in Plano, TX, paying $20.83 per hour with overtime paid at $29.16 per hour. This is a strong fit if you enjoy fast-paced hospitality work and take pride in delivering a polished guest experience.
What you will do:- Organize, set up and deliver requested catering services to specified locations and conference rooms- Transport catering equipment, food, beverages and supplies to the requested service areas- Arrange service areas so that each setup is clean, complete and ready before guests arrive- Break down and clean up service areas once events have concluded- Provide prompt, courteous service to every customer you interact with- Deliver efficient and attentive service that exceeds customer expectations- Maintain a professional appearance and presence throughout each shift in a corporate setting
Schedule and pay:- $20.83 per hour, paid weekly- Overtime paid at $29.16 per hour- Shifts run 7:00 am to 3:00 pm- Short-term contract assignment, approximately 8 hours per week during the assignment window- Gig and shift-based work that may be ongoing for workers who perform well
What you will need:- Must be 18 or older- Prior catering, banquet, food service or hospitality experience preferred- Comfortable standing, walking, lifting and transporting catering equipment and supplies throughout the shift- Strong customer service skills and a professional, friendly attitude- Ability to work at a steady pace while keeping service areas organized and presentable- Reliable attendance for all scheduled days of the assignment- Dress code: black slacks and a black shirt are required
