C1 Staffing is hiring Environmental Service Attendants in Chapel Hill, NC to clean and maintain assigned facilities and keep every area in orderly condition. This is a contract-to-hire role paying $19.24 per hour on a steady Monday through Friday day shift, with overtime paid at $26.94 per hour.
What you will do:
- Clean and maintain assigned facilities, keeping all assigned areas in orderly condition throughout the shift- Work in any location on the client premises as assigned, moving between areas as the day's needs change- Support cleanliness standards in settings such as commercial buildings, health care facilities, schools, universities, or similar establishments- Follow established cleaning procedures for each type of space and surface you are assigned- Observe safety guidelines while handling cleaning supplies and equipment- Restore spaces to an orderly, presentable condition so they are ready for the people who use them- Report to your assigned area on time and remain active on your feet for the length of the shift- Communicate with your supervisor about supply needs, completed areas, and any issues you notice on site
Schedule and pay:
- $19.24 per hour- Overtime paid at $26.94 per hour- Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM- 40 hours per week- Ongoing assignment with the potential to be hired on permanently- Paid weekly
What you will need:
- Must be 18 or older- Dependable attendance and the ability to be on site and ready at start time- Comfort performing active, on your feet work throughout the shift- Ability to follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines- Uniform required from day one: white top and black pants- Willingness to work in any assigned location on the client premises
