C1 Staffing is hiring experienced bartenders for a single-day contract assignment in Spokane, WA, paying $23.14 per hour. This is an evening event shift running 6:00pm to 10:00pm, and please note it is a non-tipped position.
What you will do:- Mix and serve drinks to patrons quickly, accurately and without waste- Provide exceptional customer service at the bar and throughout the event space- Serve guests directly as well as fill orders coming in through wait staff- Work closely with wait staff and other team members so every guest receives prompt service- Keep your bar area clean, stocked and organized for the entire length of the shift- Monitor product levels and restock as needed so service never slows down- Maintain a professional, guest-focused presence in a fast-paced service environment
Schedule and pay:- $23.14 per hour, paid weekly- Overtime paid at $32.40 per hour- Evening shift, 6:00pm to 10:00pm- Single-day contract assignment- Gig and shift-based work that may be ongoing for workers who perform well
What you will need:- Must be 18 or older- Prior bartending experience and solid drink knowledge- Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude- Ability to stand and move for the full shift in a fast-paced setting- Ability to lift as needed during the shift, including stocking bar product- Dress code: black pants (no leggings, jeans or sweatpants) and a black polo or button-up shirt- Comfort working a non-tipped bartending role
