C1 is hiring Baristas for one of our client partners in San Jose, CA. This is a contract role with contract-to-hire potential, running from January 2026 through December 2026, with 40 hours per week and multiple openings available — we are filling a large number of seats, so now is a great time to apply. Pay: $23.28 per hour, with overtime paid at $32.59 per hour.
What you will do:- Craft quality hand-made beverages, including coffee, tea and specialty drinks, prepared to each customer's specifications- Greet guests, take orders accurately and deliver drinks quickly during busy periods- Operate cash registers and credit card machines and handle transactions correctly- Answer customer questions and address complaints professionally to maintain strong guest relationships- Keep the beverage station clean, stocked and ready for service
What we are looking for:- Friendly, service-first attitude and clear communication skills- Comfort working at a fast pace while staying accurate- Reliability and strong attendance for a full-time weekly schedule- Prior barista or food service experience is a plus, but not required
