C1 is hiring Facilities Supervisors for a short-term contract assignment in Austin, TX. This is a quick-hire opportunity with 100 openings, so teams are being filled fast.
Pay is $27.81 per hour, with overtime paid at $38.93 per hour. The shift runs 6am to 2pm, based on a 40 hour per week schedule, and the assignment window is June 22, 2026 through June 23, 2026.
What you will do:- Supervise facilities and food service support crews throughout the shift- Assign tasks, monitor pace, and keep service areas stocked and running smoothly- Enforce food safety, sanitation, and general safety standards- Communicate with on-site leadership on staffing, coverage, and issues as they come up- Step in to assist with hands-on food service and cleanup tasks when needed
What we are looking for:- Prior supervisory or lead experience, ideally in food service, facilities, or hospitality- Comfortable standing, walking, and lifting for the full shift- Reliable arrival for an early morning start- Clean, professional appearance and a team-first attitude
