C1 Staffing is hiring Facilities Supervisors for a short-term contract assignment in Austin, TX, leading facilities and food service support crews on an early morning shift. Pay is $27.81 per hour, with overtime paid at $38.93 per hour, and this is a quick-hire opportunity with teams being filled fast.
What you will do:
- Supervise facilities and food service support crews throughout the full shift- Assign tasks to crew members and monitor pace so work stays on schedule- Keep service areas stocked, clean, and running smoothly from open to close of shift- Enforce food safety and sanitation standards across all service and prep areas- Enforce general safety standards and address unsafe conditions as they come up- Communicate with on-site leadership on staffing levels, shift coverage, and issues- Step in to assist with hands-on food service and cleanup tasks whenever extra help is needed
Schedule and pay:
- $27.81 per hour, paid weekly- Overtime paid at $38.93 per hour- Shift runs 6am to 2pm- Based on a 40 hour per week schedule- Short-term contract assignment; gig and shift-based work that may be ongoing
What you will need:
- Must be 18 or older- Prior supervisory or lead experience, ideally in food service, facilities, or hospitality- Comfortable standing, walking, and lifting for the full shift- Reliable arrival for an early morning start time- Clean, professional appearance and a team-first attitude- Ability to direct a crew clearly and keep communication open with on-site leadership- Working knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices, or willingness to follow them closely- Must be able to complete E-Verify employment eligibility verification
