C1 is hiring Food Service Workers in San Antonio, TX for one of our client partners. This is a contract assignment with ongoing, contract-to-hire potential for dependable people who enjoy fast-paced kitchen and serving line work.
Pay and schedule:- $16.41 per hour, with overtime paid at $22.97 per hour- Monday through Friday, 6:30am to 2:30pm- 40 hours per week- Assignment runs August 19, 2026 through September 30, 2026, with the possibility of extension or permanent hire
What you will do:- Prepare, portion, and serve meals during scheduled service times- Set up and break down serving lines and food stations- Wash dishes, sanitize surfaces, and keep prep and serving areas clean- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and handling standards- Support the kitchen team with stocking and general daily tasks
What we are looking for:- Reliable attendance and a strong team-first attitude- Ability to stand for full shifts and lift and carry supplies- Comfort working in a busy kitchen environment- Required: applicants must complete the fingerprint-based background screening process and receive clearance before working on-site
