Key Responsibilities:
As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms. Your daily tasks will include:
- Attending daily briefings and reviewing assigned rooms.- Preparing and organizing housekeeping carts with clean linens, guest amenities, and cleaning supplies.- Approaching each room respectfully by announcing “Housekeeping” and adhering to Do Not Disturb signs.- Assessing room conditions, stripping used linens, and replacing them with fresh linens.- Making beds to brand standards and dusting all surfaces.- Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, ensuring no hair, stains, or residue remain.- Vacuuming carpets and mopping floors, as well as emptying trash and replenishing guest amenities.- Maintaining strict brand standards for room presentation and cleanliness.- Responding promptly to guest requests and reporting any maintenance issues to supervisors.- Meeting daily productivity targets and maintaining quality standards for inspections.
Requirements:
- Experience: Entry-level candidates (0-1 year) are encouraged to apply.- Language: Proficiency in English is required.- Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs.- E-Verify: Participation in E-Verify is required.
