Job Title: Production Associate Location: Hayward, CA 94544 Pay Rate: $23/hour
C1 is hiring a dedicated Production Associate to join our team in the processing and manufacturing of pizza dough at our distribution center. This role is critical in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our food production line.
Primary Responsibilities:- Participate in dough production and inspection to maintain high-quality standards.- Rotate through various specialized line positions, including dough maker, dough bot, dough placer, tray washer, and cross/down stacker.- Clean and sanitize production equipment and areas to uphold food safety standards.- Monitor and intervene in automated equipment operations as needed.- Maintain accurate records of batch data and ensure proper dough certification.
Physical Requirements:- Ability to work continuously in refrigerated conditions (33–38 degrees Fahrenheit).- Stand and/or walk for long periods, climb stairs, and lift materials up to 30 lbs. frequently and 50 lbs. on occasion.- Carry materials weighing up to 50 lbs. frequently and 75 lbs. occasionally.- Work in an environment with exposure to loud machinery.
Additional Requirements:- Must have steel-toe boots (required) and dress in jeans or work pants, warm layers, and gloves to stay comfortable in the cold environment.- Experience working with yeast and flour products is preferred.- Successful completion of a pre-employment background check is mandatory.
