C1 Staffing is hiring Warehouse Associates for shift-based warehouse work in Minneapolis, MN. The pay is $19.00 per hour, paid weekly, and assignments may continue on an ongoing basis for associates who show up and do solid work.
This role is a good fit if you like hands-on warehouse work that mixes loading, order prep, and furniture care rather than standing in one spot all day. You will handle product that needs to arrive in rental-ready condition, so attention to detail matters as much as speed.
What you will do:- Load and unload trucks carefully to prevent damage and make sure items are placed properly in the trailer and in the warehouse- Pick, stage, and prepare products for delivery or transfer so outbound loads go out complete and on time- Clean, repair, wrap, and assemble furniture so each piece is rental-ready or properly protected for storage- Tag, store, and relocate inventory within the warehouse and keep item locations accurate- Conduct cycle counts and help maintain accurate inventory records- Keep the warehouse clean and organized, including work areas, aisles, and staging zones- Follow all safety guidelines, attend safety meetings, and complete daily warm-ups before starting work
Schedule and pay:- Pay is $19.00 per hour- Paid weekly by C1 Staffing- Gig and shift-based work that may become ongoing depending on business needs- Weekend shifts may be required based on business needs
What you will need:- Must be 18 or older- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull product and furniture throughout the shift- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, squatting, and reaching for the length of the shift- Care and attention when handling furniture and other items so they are not damaged in transit or in storage- Willingness to follow safety procedures, take part in safety meetings, and complete daily warm-ups- Basic counting and recordkeeping skills for tagging items and performing cycle counts- Dependability and the flexibility to pick up weekend shifts when business needs call for them
What a typical shift looks like:
You will check in, complete the daily warm-up with your team, and get your assignment for the day. That might mean unloading an inbound truck and staging product, pulling and wrapping furniture for an outbound order, cleaning and assembling pieces so they are ready for the next customer, or working through a section of the warehouse on cycle counts. Expect to finish the day by tidying your area so the next shift starts clean.
