C1 Staffing is hiring a Warehouse Associate for a distribution operation in Pattison, TX (zip code 77423), where you will keep products and materials moving through the building. The role pays $21.00 per hour, paid weekly, and is shift-based work that may continue on an ongoing basis for associates who show up and perform.
This is hands-on warehouse work in a fast-paced distribution environment. You will be part of a team responsible for getting freight in the door, staged correctly, and ready to go back out.
What you will do:- Load and unload products and materials with care and efficiency- Select orders accurately and on time to support outbound distribution needs- Move inventory through the warehouse and stage it in the correct locations- Support general warehouse operations throughout the shift- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards- Handle product carefully to protect it from damage during loading, unloading, and staging- Work alongside the warehouse team to meet daily production and shipping targets
Schedule and pay:- Pay rate is $21.00 per hour- Paid weekly by C1 Staffing- Shift-based assignment that may be ongoing
What you will need:- Must be 18 or older- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of the shift- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs- Ability to push items as needed throughout the warehouse- Steel-toe boots are required on site as personal protective equipment- Comfort working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and following safety rules- Must be able to complete E-Verify employment eligibility verification
