C1 Staffing is hiring a Premium Bartender for a short-term, non-tipped assignment in Troy, New York, crafting cocktails and other beverages for guests at a high-volume premium event. The role pays $19.85 per hour, paid weekly, with overtime paid at $27.79 per hour.
This is a mixologist-level bartending role supporting a premium hospitality service. You will work behind the bar in a fast-paced event environment where guest experience and drink quality are the priority. If you have poured in lounges, stadiums, hotels, corporate offices or campus settings, this assignment is a strong fit.
What you will do:- Craft quality cocktails and mixed drinks to order, along with beer, wine and non-alcoholic beverages- Enhance the drinking and dining experience for patrons with attentive, hospitality-focused service- Deliver a premium guest experience in a high-volume event setting while keeping service moving- Keep the bar area clean, organized and well stocked throughout the shift- Restock product, ice and glassware as needed during service, including handling cases and kegs- Follow all responsible alcohol service standards, along with site and client policies- Take on other duties as assigned based on business needs and client requirements
Schedule and pay:- Pay is $19.85 per hour, non-tipped- Overtime is paid at $27.79 per hour- Paid weekly- Short-term, one-day assignment with approximately 8 hours scheduled- Shift times will be confirmed in advance
What you will need:- Must be 18 or older, and must be of legal age to serve alcohol in New York State- Prior bartending or mixology experience in a lounge, stadium, hotel, corporate or campus setting- Ability to stand for the full shift and work at a fast pace in a busy bar environment- Ability to lift and move cases and kegs- Professional, guest-ready appearance- Reliable attendance and on-time arrival for the scheduled shift- Comfort working as part of a bar and event service team
