Job Title: Warehouse Associate (Loader/Crew) Location: Mansfield, OH 44905 Pay Rate: $17/hour Start Date: July 12, 2026
C1 is hiring a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Mansfield, OH. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse by loading and unloading trucks with care, preventing damage, and ensuring proper placement of items.
Key Responsibilities:- Load and unload trucks with precision to protect items from damage.- Pick, stage, and prepare products for delivery or transfer.- Clean, repair, wrap, and assemble furniture to ensure it is rental-ready or properly stored.- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.- Tag, store, and relocate items while conducting cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory management.- Adhere to all safety guidelines and participate in safety meetings.- Complete daily warm-ups to promote a safe working environment.
Physical Requirements:- Ability to walk, stand for extended periods, and lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
Weekend shifts may be required based on business needs, so flexibility is key.
