C1 Staffing is hiring a Warehouse Associate (Loader/Crew) in Mansfield, OH 44905, loading and unloading trucks and preparing furniture and other products for delivery, transfer, or storage. The assignment pays $17.00 per hour, paid weekly, with a start date of July 12, 2026.
This is shift-based warehouse work that may continue on an ongoing basis for dependable associates. You will spend your day on the dock and on the warehouse floor, moving product carefully, keeping inventory accurate, and making sure items are rental-ready before they go out the door.
What you will do:- Load and unload trucks with care to prevent damage and ensure items are placed properly for transport- Pick, stage, and prepare products for delivery or transfer- Clean, repair, wrap, and assemble furniture so it is rental-ready or properly stored- Tag, store, and relocate items throughout the warehouse- Conduct cycle counts to help maintain accurate inventory records- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of obstructions- Follow all safety guidelines and take part in safety meetings- Complete daily warm-ups before beginning physical work
Schedule and pay:- Pay rate: $17.00 per hour- Paid weekly by C1 Staffing- Start date: July 12, 2026- Shift-based work that may be ongoing based on performance and business needs- Weekend shifts may be required depending on business needs, so scheduling flexibility is important
What you will need:- Must be 18 years of age or older- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods throughout the shift- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds- Attention to detail when handling furniture and other items so they arrive undamaged- Willingness to follow safety procedures, attend safety meetings, and complete daily warm-ups- Comfort working as part of a crew in a fast-moving warehouse environment- Authorization to work in the United States; C1 Staffing participates in E-Verify
