C1 is hiring Food Service Workers in Lenoir, NC for one of our client partners. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with two openings, starting August 3, 2026 and running through September 7, 2026, with the potential to continue on an ongoing basis.
Pay and schedule:- $16.23 per hour, with overtime paid at $22.72 per hour- Monday through Friday, 5:30am to 1:00pm- 40 hours per week- Uniform is a white shirt with black pants
What you will do:- Work anywhere on the property where food is prepared- Assist with setup and serving of food from counters and steamtables- Clean and sanitize equipment, serving areas, and work stations- Maintain a safe, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment
What we are looking for:- Reliable attendance and comfort with an early morning start- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move throughout a full shift- A team-first attitude and friendly service with guests- Prior food service or kitchen experience is helpful but not required
