C1 is hiring a Dishroom Lead for a short-term contract assignment in Plano, TX. This is a great fit if you know your way around a busy commercial kitchen and take pride in keeping things spotless and organized.
Pay and schedule:- $18.44 per hour, with overtime paid at $25.82 per hour- Approximately 16 hours per week- Shifts run 8:00 am to 4:00 pm- Assignment window: September 23 through September 25, 2026
What you will do:- Keep the kitchen area clean and safe for staff throughout the shift- Wash and sanitize tableware, pots, pans and cooking equipment- Make sure the dishroom and all equipment stay clean, stocked and organized- Set the pace for the dishroom and help keep the workflow moving
What we are looking for:- Prior dishroom or commercial kitchen experience preferred- Comfortable standing for the full shift and working in a warm, fast-paced environment- Able to lift and move dish racks, pots and pans- Dress code: black slacks and a black shirt
