C1 Staffing is hiring a Warehouse Associate/Box Truck Driver in Fishers, IN 46037, a full-time, ongoing role paying $21.00 per hour. You will split your time between driving a box truck to client sites and working inside the warehouse handling battery inventory.
What you will do:- Safely operate a box truck to transport batteries from the warehouse to client sites throughout the service area.- Load batteries onto the truck at the warehouse and unload them at each client location.- Place and stack batteries onto shelves at client sites, following safe handling practices for heavy items.- Handle batteries that can weigh up to 100 pounds, using proper lifting technique and available equipment.- Stock batteries in the warehouse when you are not out on the road, keeping product organized and shelved correctly.- Receive incoming battery shipments, verify what arrives, and move product into its assigned location.- Keep the truck, warehouse aisles, and work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.- Follow all safety protocols for driving, lifting, and material handling throughout the shift.
Schedule and pay:- Pay rate is $21.00 per hour.- Full-time schedule.- Paid weekly by C1 Staffing.- Ongoing career position rather than a short-term project.
What you will need:- Must be 18 or older.- Valid CDL Class C license.- Comfortable driving a box truck and making deliveries to multiple client sites.- Able to stand and walk for the length of the shift.- Able to lift and carry 50 pounds regularly, and to safely handle batteries weighing up to 100 pounds with correct technique.- Strong attention to detail and a consistent commitment to safe work practices.- Good organizational skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.- Must be able to complete E-Verify employment eligibility verification.
