Catering Service Worker - Plano, TX
C1 Staffing is hiring Catering Service Workers for a short-term contract assignment in Plano, TX, supporting catered meetings and events at a client site. The role pays $20.83 per hour, paid weekly, with overtime paid at $29.16 per hour.

What you will do:- Organize, set up and deliver requested catering services to specified locations or conference rooms- Confirm each order is complete and arranged correctly before service begins- Provide prompt, courteous service to every customer you interact with- Deliver efficient and attentive service that exceeds customer expectations- Transport catering equipment, food items and supplies between service areas- Break down service areas at the end of each event- Keep setups clean, organized and presentable throughout the shift
Schedule and pay:- $20.83 per hour- Overtime paid at $29.16 per hour- Paid weekly- Approximately 8 hours per week- Monday through Thursday, variable days- Short-term contract assignment with a C1 Staffing client
What you will need:- Must be 18 or older- Prior catering, banquet, food service or hospitality experience preferred- Comfortable standing, walking, lifting and transporting catering equipment and supplies throughout the shift- Strong customer service skills and a professional, team-oriented attitude- Ability to work with a sense of urgency during setup and breakdown windows- Dependable attendance for all scheduled days- Uniform required: black pants and a black shirt
Because hours are limited and spread across variable days, we are looking for people who can confirm their availability in advance and show up on time for each scheduled shift. Shifts are built around meeting and event times, so flexibility within the Monday through Thursday window is important.
