C1 Staffing is hiring Warehouse Associates for shift-based warehouse work in Garner, North Carolina, zip code 27529. This role pays $21.00 per hour, and the assignment is gig-based with the potential to continue on an ongoing basis for workers who show up and perform.
What you will do:- Load and unload products and materials efficiently and safely- Select orders accurately and provide hands-on support across the warehouse floor- Move and stage inventory as directed to keep product flowing to the right areas- Assist with general warehouse operations, including keeping work areas organized and efficient- Stand and walk throughout your shift while handling product in a fast-paced distribution environment- Lift, carry, and push materials as part of daily loading, unloading, and staging tasks- Follow all site safety rules and wear required protective footwear at all times
Schedule and pay:- Pay rate is $21.00 per hour- Paid weekly- Gig / shift-based work that may be ongoing depending on site needs and your performance
What you will need:- Must be 18 years or older- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the shift- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs- Ability to push items as needed- Steel-toe boots are required personal protective equipment and must be worn on site- Willingness to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and take direction from on-site leads- Must be able to complete E-Verify employment eligibility verification
No prior warehouse background is required to be considered. If you have loaded trailers, picked orders, or moved and staged pallets before, that experience will help you get up to speed quickly, but reliable workers who are ready to learn are encouraged to apply.
