C1 Staffing is hiring Dishroom Leads for a client kitchen in Eagle Mountain, UT (84005), where you will keep the dish line moving and the kitchen clean, safe, and ready for service. Pay is $20.49 per hour on a straight day shift, with overtime paid at $28.69 per hour when it is available.
This is a lead role in a busy commercial dishroom. You will handle the hands-on washing and sanitizing work alongside the team while keeping the area organized and the equipment in good condition, and stepping up to guide the pace when the line gets heavy.
What you will do:- Provide a clean and safe kitchen area for employees throughout the shift- Wash, rinse, and sanitize tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment- Operate and maintain dish machines and related equipment, keeping everything clean and in working order- Keep the dishroom organized, with clean ware stacked, sorted, and returned to the proper stations- Support the flow of the dish line so clean ware is always ready for the kitchen and service areas- Help keep the team on pace during peak volume and step in where extra hands are needed- Follow food safety and sanitation standards in all cleaning and handling tasks- Keep floors, sinks, drains, and work surfaces clean and free of hazards
Schedule and pay:- $20.49 per hour, with overtime paid at $28.69 per hour- Day shift, 6:00 am to 2:00 pm- Averaging 40 hours per week- Paid weekly
What you will need:- Must be 18 or older- Comfort standing for a full shift and handling repetitive lifting, bending, and reaching- Ability to work in a warm, fast-paced kitchen environment- Strong attention to cleanliness and food safety standards- Reliable attendance and consistent follow-through shift to shift- A team-first attitude and the willingness to take the lead when the dishroom needs direction
