C1 is hiring two Cooks - Grill for a client in Lancaster, PA. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week contract-to-hire opportunity running from May 1, 2026 through August 31, 2026, with the potential to move into a permanent role.
Pay is $22.11 per hour, with overtime paid at $30.95 per hour. Orientation takes place on a Friday at 8am.
What you will do:- Prepare, portion, grill, and present a variety of hot and cold food items- Cook for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special or catered events- Work in a customer-facing role, taking food orders and preparing them accurately- Maintain speed, consistency, and presentation standards throughout each meal period
What you need:- Hands-on grill and line cooking experience- Comfort interacting directly with guests while cooking to order- Ability to stand for a full shift and keep pace in a busy kitchen
Uniform and dress code:- A chef coat will be issued to you- Black slacks required - no sweatpants, spandex, jeans, or overalls
