C1 Staffing is hiring a Registered Dietitian I in Ripon, CA, supporting one of our healthcare clients with nutrition assessments and care planning for patients and residents. This is a full-time contract role paying $45.50 per hour, with ongoing, contract-to-hire potential for the right candidate.
What you will do:- Complete basic nutrition assessments for patients and residents- Develop individualized nutrition care plans and document them accurately in the patient or resident record- Follow established business practices that uphold the organization's mission and values- Support account revenue and operating profit goals through consistent, high-quality service delivery- Partner with clinical team members on day-to-day nutrition needs and changes in patient or resident status- Coordinate with food service team members so that recommended diets and modifications are carried out correctly- Maintain clear, timely documentation and communication across the care team
Schedule and pay:- $45.50 per hour, paid weekly- Overtime paid at $63.70 per hour- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM- 40 hours per week- Full-time contract role with the potential to convert to a permanent position
What you will need:- Must be 18 or older- Registered Dietitian credential in good standing- Comfort working in a clinical or long-term care setting- Strong documentation skills and attention to detail- Clear communication skills for working with patients, residents, clinical staff, and food service staff- Solid time management and the ability to keep assessments and care plans current across a daily caseload
