C1 Staffing is hiring janitors and cleaners for a live concert event in Austin, TX, where you will keep the venue clean and guest-ready before, during, and after the show. The pay is $16.00 per hour, paid weekly, and we are filling 8 spots on this crew.
What you will do:- Pick up trash throughout the venue, including seating areas, concourses, walkways, and entry points- Sort and collect recycling, keeping it separated from general waste- Empty garbage cans and replace liners, and move full bags to the designated collection area- Sweep floors, concourses, and high-traffic areas to keep walking paths clear- Clean and restock restrooms, including wiping surfaces and removing waste- Respond to spills and trouble spots quickly so guest areas stay safe and presentable- Perform a final sweep and trash pull after the event so the venue is left in good condition- Follow direction from the on-site supervisor on zones, priorities, and timing around the show
Schedule and pay:- Pay is $16.00 per hour- Paid weekly by C1 Staffing- This is gig / shift-based work, and it may be ongoing for workers who perform well- 8 workers needed for this crew
What you will need:- Must be 18 or older- Willingness to be on your feet for the full shift, with walking, standing, bending, and reaching- Ability to lift and carry trash bags and move waste and recycling containers- Comfort working around crowds, noise, and a fast-paced live event environment- Attention to detail so restrooms, floors, and guest areas are cleaned thoroughly- Reliability and on-time arrival, since event crews start together and work to a set show schedule- Ability to follow instructions from a supervisor and work as part of a team
