C1 Staffing is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Aiea, HI 96701 to support loading, order selection, and inventory movement at a busy distribution operation. The pay is 23.75 dollars per hour, paid weekly, and this is shift-based work that may continue on an ongoing basis for reliable associates.

What you will do:- Load and unload products and materials, working safely and at a steady pace- Select orders accurately and stage them for outbound shipment- Move inventory through the warehouse, including pushing product where needed- Stage materials in the correct locations so the next team can keep the flow going- Provide general warehouse support wherever the operation needs an extra set of hands- Assist with day-to-day warehouse operations, including keeping work areas organized and clear- Follow all site safety rules and PPE requirements while on the floor
Schedule and pay:- Pay rate is 23.75 dollars per hour- Paid weekly by C1 Staffing- Gig and shift-based work that may be ongoing depending on site needs and your availability
What you will need:- Must be 18 or older- Able to stand and walk for extended periods during the shift- Able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds- Able to push inventory as part of regular duties- Steel-toe boots are required PPE and must be worn on site- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and taking direction from on-site leads- C1 Staffing participates in E-Verify, so you must be able to provide documentation establishing identity and authorization to work in the United States
Warehouse experience is helpful but the most important things are showing up on time, working safely, and keeping pace with the team. If you have loaded trucks, picked orders, or moved inventory before, be sure to mention it when you apply.
