C1 Staffing is hiring Warehouse Associates (Loader / Crew) for on-call warehouse and moving work in Los Angeles, CA 90015. The pay is $18.00 per hour, paid weekly, with flexible scheduling that can range from 10 to 40 or more hours per week depending on business needs.
What you will do:- Load and unload trucks with care to prevent damage and ensure proper placement of items- Move furniture and perform general moving labor throughout the warehouse and on trucks- Assemble and disassemble furniture as required for storage, delivery, or rental preparation- Pick, stage, and prepare products for delivery or transfer- Clean, repair, wrap, and assemble furniture so it is rental-ready or properly stored- Tag, store, and relocate inventory, and conduct cycle counts to keep inventory records accurate- Maintain a clean, organized warehouse throughout your shift- Follow all safety guidelines, participate in safety meetings, and complete daily warm-ups
Schedule and pay:- Pay is $18.00 per hour- Paid weekly- Gig and shift-based work that may become ongoing, with full-time and gig opportunities available- On-call scheduling with hours ranging from 10 to 40 or more per week- Weekend shifts may be required based on business needs
What you will need:- Must be 18 or older- Ability to walk and stand throughout your shift- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout your shift- Ability to carry up to 50 lbs consistently throughout your shift- Willingness to follow safety procedures, attend safety meetings, and complete daily warm-ups- Comfort working as part of a crew in a fast-paced, hands-on warehouse environment- Attention to detail when handling furniture and recording inventory counts- Must be able to complete E-Verify employment eligibility verification
This role is a good fit if you like physical work, want variety in your day, and prefer a schedule that can flex between short gig shifts and heavier full-time weeks. One day you may spend most of your time loading and unloading trucks, and the next you may be wrapping and assembling furniture or running cycle counts on the warehouse floor. Crew members who show up on time, handle product carefully, and work well with others tend to get offered the most hours.
