A few notes on what makes this assignment go well. Game day catering means service comes in waves, so the cooks who do best here are the ones who prep ahead, keep their station tidy between rushes, and communicate with the team instead of working in a silo. If you have run a grill in a restaurant, a banquet kitchen, a stadium, or a catering operation, that experience translates directly. Bring your non-slip shoes and black pants ready to go, since you will be on the floor and moving as soon as you arrive.
