C1 Staffing is hiring a Warehouse Associate (Loader / Crew) in Oxon Hill, MD 20745 to load and unload trucks, prepare furniture for delivery, and keep the warehouse running smoothly. The role pays $18.00 per hour, and you are paid weekly.
What you will do:- Load and unload trucks with care, preventing damage and making sure items are placed properly in the trailer- Pick and stage products, then prepare them for delivery or transfer to another location- Clean, repair, wrap, and assemble furniture so it is rental-ready or correctly stored- Tag, store, and relocate inventory in the warehouse so items can be located quickly- Conduct cycle counts to keep inventory records accurate- Maintain a clean, organized warehouse, including aisles, staging areas, and storage zones- Follow all safety guidelines, attend safety meetings, and complete daily warm-ups before starting work- Work as part of a crew, communicating with teammates on loads, staging, and product handling
Schedule and pay:- Pay is $18.00 per hour- Paid weekly- Weekend shifts may be required based on business needs- This is gig and shift-based work that may continue on an ongoing basis for dependable workers
What you will need:- Must be 18 years or older- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods throughout the shift- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds- Comfort handling furniture and other bulky items carefully to avoid damage- Attention to detail for tagging, staging, and cycle counting- Willingness to follow safety procedures and take part in safety meetings and daily warm-ups- Team-oriented attitude and a steady, reliable work ethic- Must be able to complete E-Verify employment eligibility verification
