C1 is hiring a Dishroom Lead for a short-term contract assignment with one of our clients in Plano, TX. Pay is $18.44 per hour, with overtime paid at $25.82 per hour. We have two openings on this assignment.
This is a brief, focused engagement running October 5 through October 9, with shifts scheduled from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm and roughly 16 hours for the week.
What you will do:- Keep the kitchen area clean, safe, and ready for staff throughout the shift- Wash and sanitize tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment- Maintain an organized dishroom and ensure all equipment is cleaned properly- Set the pace for the dish area and help keep the workflow moving during service
What you need:- Prior dishroom or commercial kitchen experience preferred- Comfort standing for the full shift and handling repetitive lifting, washing, and reaching- Reliability and on-time arrival for every scheduled shift- Uniform of black slacks and a black shirt, clean and presentable
