C1 is hiring a Dishroom Lead for a short-term contract assignment in Plano, TX. Pay is $18.44 per hour, with overtime paid at $25.82 per hour. The assignment runs September 24 through September 25, 2026, starting at 8:00 AM on the first day, with approximately 16 hours for the week.
What you will do:- Keep the kitchen area clean, safe and ready for staff throughout the shift- Wash and sanitize tableware, pots, pans and cooking equipment- Ensure the dishroom, sinks and machines stay clean and organized- Lead the flow of the dishroom so clean items move back to service quickly
What we are looking for:- Prior dish or kitchen support experience preferred- Comfortable standing for the full shift and handling repetitive lifting, bending and reaching- Able to work around heat, steam, water and cleaning chemicals- Dependable, punctual and able to keep pace during busy service periods- Dress code: black slacks and a black shirt
