C1 is hiring a Barista I in Saint Davids, PA, for a contract-to-hire assignment with one of our clients. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week role working 12:30pm to 8:00pm, with an assignment window beginning September 17, 2026, and running through September 30, 2026, with the potential to continue and convert to a permanent position.
Pay is $21.32 per hour, with overtime paid at $29.85 per hour.
What you will do:- Craft quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages by hand, made to each customer's specifications- Take orders accurately and deliver drinks quickly and consistently- Operate cash registers and credit card machines- Answer customer questions and address complaints professionally to maintain strong customer relations- Keep the service area clean, stocked, and ready for the next guest
What we are looking for:- Genuine, friendly customer service skills and a positive attitude- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment during a busy afternoon and evening shift- Ability to stand for the length of the shift- Reliable attendance and punctuality
