C1 Staffing is hiring Janitors and Cleaners for a monthly cleaning assignment in Del Valle, TX, paying $16.00 per hour. We are filling two spots on this crew, and everyone hired works as a W-2 employee of C1 Staffing with pay issued weekly.
This is straightforward, hands-on cleaning work. You will keep interior and exterior areas tidy by clearing trash, handling recycling, sweeping floors, and servicing restrooms. It is a good fit for someone who likes to work steadily, finish a route, and see the results at the end of the shift.
What you will do:- Pick up trash and loose debris throughout assigned areas and keep walkways and common spaces clear- Collect and sort recycling and move it to the correct collection points- Empty garbage cans, replace liners, and haul full bags to designated dumpsters or bins- Sweep floors, entryways, and other hard surfaces to keep them free of dirt and litter- Clean restrooms, including fixtures, sinks, and surfaces, and restock and tidy as needed- Return cleaning tools, carts, and supplies to their proper place at the end of the shift- Report spills, damage, safety hazards, or low supply levels to the on-site contact- Follow all site rules and safety instructions while working around staff and visitors
Schedule and pay:- Pay is $16.00 per hour- Paid weekly by C1 Staffing- Gig and shift-based assignment, with the possibility of ongoing work for reliable cleaners- Two workers needed for this assignment
What you will need:- Must be 18 years or older- Able to be on your feet for the full shift, including walking, standing, bending, reaching, and squatting- Able to lift and carry trash bags and move bins and cleaning equipment- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors as the assignment requires- Willing to clean restrooms and handle trash and recycling as a regular part of the job- Able to follow written and verbal instructions and complete assigned areas without close supervision- Dependable attendance and on-time arrival for scheduled shifts- Previous janitorial, custodial, or general cleaning experience is helpful but not required
