What you will do:- Complete basic nutrition assessments for patients and residents- Develop and document individualized nutrition care plans- Partner with clinical and food service teams to carry out care plan recommendations- Follow established business practices that support the organization's mission and values- Support account performance by delivering nutrition services consistently and efficiently
What we are looking for:- Registered Dietitian credential in good standing- Licensure or eligibility for licensure in Pennsylvania, as applicable- Comfort working in a clinical or long-term care environment- Strong documentation, communication, and time-management skills- Ability to complete required background screening prior to placement
