C1 is hiring a Barista I (non-tipped) for a short-term contract assignment with one of our clients in Charlotte, NC. This is a full 40-hour week running September 21 through September 25, 2026, with shifts scheduled from 6:30 AM to 3:15 PM. Pay is $16.97 per hour, with overtime paid at $23.76 per hour.
What you will do:- Craft quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages by hand, made to each customer's specifications- Take orders accurately and keep drinks moving quickly during busy morning service- Operate cash registers and credit card machines- Answer customer questions and address complaints professionally to maintain strong customer relations- Keep your station clean, stocked, and ready throughout the shift
What we are looking for:- Friendly, service-minded attitude and clear communication- Comfort working at a fast pace on your feet for the length of the shift- Reliability and punctuality for an early start time
Uniform requirements:- Black pants and slip-resistant shoes daily- Black shirt Monday through Thursday, red shirt on Friday
