C1 Staffing is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Philadelphia, PA to load and unload trucks, prepare furniture and product for delivery, and keep the warehouse organized and accurate. This is an ongoing, career-type assignment paying $18.00 per hour, paid weekly.
This role is a good fit if you like hands-on work, take pride in handling items carefully, and want a steady schedule rather than a short one-week job. You will be part of a loading and warehouse crew that touches product from the moment it arrives to the moment it goes out the door.
What you will do:- Load and unload trucks with care, preventing damage and making sure items are placed properly for transport- Pick, stage, and prepare products for delivery or transfer to other locations- Clean, repair, wrap, and assemble furniture so it is rental-ready or correctly stored- Tag, store, and relocate inventory throughout the warehouse- Conduct cycle counts to keep inventory records accurate- Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and keep aisles and staging areas clear- Follow all safety guidelines, participate in safety meetings, and complete daily warm-ups before work begins
Schedule and pay:- Pay is $18.00 per hour- Paid weekly by C1 Staffing- Ongoing, career-type assignment- Weekend shifts may be required based on business needs
What you will need:- Must be 18 or older- Ability to walk and stand for the length of the shift- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds- Comfort working at a steady pace in a warehouse environment- Willingness to follow safety procedures, attend safety meetings, and complete daily warm-ups- Attention to detail when counting, tagging, and staging inventory- Must be able to complete E-Verify employment eligibility verification
Success in this position usually comes down to consistency. Crews depend on each other to load trucks correctly the first time, so showing up on time, communicating with your team, and handling product with care go a long way.
